James Foley Beheading Video Appears to Be Fake

The video of American Journalist James Foley being beheaded does not show the actual beheading.  It cuts away as the knife begins cutting at the throat, and even then no blood is seen.  The supposed ISIS militant has been identified as a British rapper.
