John P. Holdren Claims That Global Warming Can Cause Extreme Cold Weather Because of the Circumpolar Vortex

White House Science Czar John P. Holdren has come up with a brilliant excuse for global warming actually being extremely cold.  It is because of the Polar Vortex!

What a genius!  Now they've got the deniers cornered.  If it's hot, it's because of global warming.  If it's cold, it's because of global warming.  Haha.  Brilliant!

Now that this fact has been established, let's get on to some tyrannical global warming legislation that will further financially devastate the American people.  You think Obamacare hurts?  You ain't seen nothing yet.  When these global warming freaks get their way, you will pay out the wazoo for the biggest pile of bullshit yet.

Forcing you to pay for health insurance is bad enough.  Now, you may be forced to pay higher energy costs, carbon taxes, and endure crippling regulations to protect the planet from global warming!  At least you can use your health insurance (potentially).  It will be hard to tell if carbon taxes and energy restrictions will actually be helping this so-called problem of global warming.

The global warming science and the temperature data have been so manipulated that there is not a clear cause and effect relationship of CO2 to extreme weather that is easily discernible.  Any extreme weather nowadays, including extreme cold weather, seems to get the anthropogenic global warming proponents squawking that the dreaded global warming is to blame.  I suppose we will be fixing the man-made global warming problem when the church of climatology tells us we are.  When all extreme weather is blamed on global warming, the continuing occurrences of extreme weather could just mean we aren't doing enough to prevent it!  Haha.  The ultimate scam.  More carbon taxes please.

The concept of man-made global warming brings with it the notion of ice caps melting, polar bears drowning, coastlines rising, and all that other crap that outlets like PBS and organizations like Greenpeace will try to manipulate you into believing.

For example:

It is very important to focus on what the stated objective of any forthcoming environmental legislation is. If it is to reduce global warming, then ask yourself if there really is global warming, and if global warming really causes very cold weather as Obama’s Science Czar John P. Holdren claims.  Over the years the fear mongering has gone from a warming planet, to a change in climate, to extreme weather, to a warming planet actually causing a cold planet in some areas.

It is becoming less and less convincing. The initial scenario of doom put forth is that CO2 emissions are warming the planet and this will melt the ice caps at the poles, causing rising ocean levels which will create untold devastation by flooding coastlines.

Al Gore has publicly talked about predictions that the North Polar ice cap could be completely gone in the summers very soon.

Ironically the recent Akademik Shokalskiy expedition that set out to travel to the melting South Polar ice cap to show the effects of global warming actually became stuck in the heavy ice on December 25, 2013.  That is during the summertime in the Southern Hemisphere.

John P. Holdren claims that the poles are actually warming though. He says that the higher temperature at the poles is likely causing the Circumpolar Vortex to create very cold temperatures in the mid-latitudes. If that is the case, then why did the Akademik Shokalskiy ship recently get stuck in the large amount of polar ice?

The major point here is that the intention of the ongoing man-made global warming propaganda campaign is to create a sense of hysteria on purpose to set the stage for the public to be more accepting of a draconian response by governments. It is the classic problem-reaction-solution scenario where a problem is put into the minds of the public by the very people who want to achieve a desired solution.

If the stated objective of forthcoming legislation is to reduce air pollution then that is one thing. Yes, air pollution is a problem in some cities. I wouldn’t say it is a problem of major importance throughout the United States and the world though. To subject the entire United States to tyrannical environmental regulations and taxes to improve air quality will be difficult to justify if the majority of the country is not experiencing any noticeable problems from air pollution.

If, however, the stated objective of environmental legislation is to save the planet from the threat of global warming then that is an entirely different scenario. If the doomsday predictions about a warming planet are repeatedly proven to not be true, then a heavy-handed response will not be justified. The recent escalating global warming propaganda indicates that the Obama Administration is making a push towards global warming legislation sometime during his second term.
