I just discussed with my Attorney that we promise not to utilize from now on, anymore of Antiquities Research Film's Copywritten Video's as Neverknwo's News Network Internet New World Order Investigations or Promote Antiquities Research Film's Products..
Thank you for your reply,

Dear neverknwo:
You and 21 other people uploaded a segment less than 10 minutes, thereby making the entire video available free. The Law looks at the cumulative effect an action has; for example, if 22 guys beat a man up, and he dies, every one of the 22 guys will be held guilty for this man's murder, even if the police cannot prove which blow was the fatal one. Each of the 22 assailants will stand equally charged with murder --- at least in the beginning.
The same principle holds here. Even if you were only one of 22 guys who uploaded a segment, the net effect is that my copyright infringement is violated.
Beware.
This entire system of uploading videos is changing, in front of your eyes. Both Google and YouTube are being sued by Viacom for $1 billion and by Microsoft and by dozens of other companies who are as tired of copyright violations as I am. You did not invest 14 years of research, nor did you outlay $250,000 so far in the Secret Mysteries project.
But, you sure can conspire to keep my video uploaded for free, thus denying me the ability to recoup my investment. That is going to change, and now I have the money to start going after the violators.
Sincerely,

Dear neverknwo:
Thanks for giving us your exact email address, for if you ever put anything up on YouTube or Google Video again that is Secret Mysteries, we shall come after you with all legal avenues operating. Suing individuals was the way the music recording industry broke the illegal downloads.
We have just received a huge donation from an interested supporter which shall enable us to legally defend our copyright for all Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings.

I'm sorry to here how much money was lost, but I used the clip from your website that
was a promotional clip. If you think that I was Infringing on your rights by trying to circulate the promo clip, I ask you once again. Why should I promote your product for others to purchase the entire thing, by using the free clip that was down loadable on cuttingedge. org, if your gonna destroy colleagues in the media? Second, this is still a free country and you and your company have violated my Freedom of the Press Rights, now I will use this cruel act to tell the Public not to buy your DVD. I guess you don't need my help since you have marketing all figured out.
Good Day,

Dear Sir:
I regularly police YouTube and Google video to ensure that no one is putting up Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings in its entirety, as that is a gross violation of Copyright Law. Last year, people putting up videos for free on Google cost me over $1,000,000 in sales. Rather than paying off my $120,000 investment and having the cash to continue the series of 7 videos, I am struggling.
When I requested that Google take down your 22 eight minute segments, I was simply protecting my Copyright interests.
On the day that I notified Google, YouTube, I discovered several people who had put up the video in trailer-length segments -- which is still a violation of Copyright Law.
In fact, I have engaged an Intellectual Properties lawyer to start going after individuals who put up any significant segment of Secret Mysteries.
Sincerely yours,
